Include directive don't take into account default file extansion value

{$Include someting} or {$I something}

Where something is file name but the extension is not defined here as we use the default extension 'pas'

As a result, we see an error in the first unit of 'uses' directive ('SemiColumn' expected found ',' (A4711)) and functionality of OmniPascal doesn't work on this module.

If any extension will be added to the file name error disappears.

Looks like the OmniPascal accepts only ‘inc’ extension.
