and we can extract bibtex format directly from this rwth-aachen host. http://publications.rwth-aachen.de/record/211871.
TODO: remove the rwth-aachen unit test from DublinCoreScraperTest and then scrape from the host rwth-aa in new scraper (RWTHAachenScraper)

I guess they once had Dublin Core in their page and thus this was a good test page for the DublinCoreScraper. More important than creating an RWTHAachenScraper would be to have good unit tests for the DublinCoreScraper, though.
