Can't get wider seam allowance working

I have tried all possible combinations, but I cannot get wider seam allowance working. I need 3,5 cm seam allowance in 'Front Panel Normal ' between points 76 - 115. The point 115 works fine, but point 76 does not work.

Is this user mistake or what?

Thanks for support. I tried to recreate the problem and during that process I made a mistake having point and path in wrong order. Those show up fine in layout, but the seam allowance didn't work correctly. The new seam allowance tool is more granular and requires that the point and paths are correct and pristine order.

I my design the problem was the point 75 in an path. It should have been first part of the path - point - rest of the path.

Lesson learned. If the seam allowance does not work correctly, verify the paths and points.
