TwitterJunkie works like tweetgrid.com or twazzup in that it continuously polls the Twitter search for updates. If there are any it pushes them to Growl.

To get up and running follow these steps:

  1. Install Growl
  2. Download and run TwitterJunkie
  3. Define your searches. Use "from:username" to subscribe to a specific user for example. Or just search for something.
