#350 Refactor HTTPRequest / Grid / WMS / WMSC

HTTPRequest and Grid have a (too) very important number of parameters (name:String, url:String, params:IHttpParams = null, isBaseLayer:Boolean = false, visible:Boolean = true, projection:String = null, proxy:String = null, onLoadComplete:Function = null).

Moreover WMS and WMSC use a layers:String parameter instead of the params:IHttpParams parameter used in HTTPRequest / Grid.
