#354 Harmonization of layer's constructor parameters

The order of constructor's parameters of classes inheriting Layer is not harmonized. It has to be changed so that the "main" parameters will allways be in the same order to improve the development process. Other parameters will follow them.

In fact, a more important refactoring should be done on this part.

A solution involving simplification of constructors should be done to avoid the actual behaviour where most of the time we repeat one, to, ... X default parameters to change the X+1 one. This is unproductive and should be changed has the 1.2 release will most be a big refactoring.
