Allow Playlists to allow for more customization of launching a game. (command line paramters, etc)

So I would like to have a playlist of MAME ROMs that when started, I can pass different command line arguments to MAME.

For example, I want a playlist of ROMs to launch for games that support Cocktail mode. In order to do this, I have a different directory of cfg files for these games. I want a playlist where I can specify the different cfg_directory location to MAME.

All the other playlists that may contain this ROM would launch it in its default cabinet mode.

Basically, I just want to edit how a ROM is started differently depending on which playlist it is in.
