* lang/default.po can be generated with `pygettext -o lang/default.po *.py`
* lang/XX/LC_MESSAGES/uligo.po can be edited with text editor or poedit
* lang/XX/LC_MESSAGES/uligo.mo can be compiled with msgfmt
