Verify V_SEQ_LENGTH is correct when indels are present

I found an error in an old file wherein V_SEQ_LENGTH wasn't correctly accounting for indels. We need to very that this bug is gone.

    Spot checked several indels sequences from IMGT and IgBLAST. Can't seem to replicate the issue.
