Add merge command to IMGT parsings docs

Jason Vander Heiden created an issue

docs/examples/imgt.rst could use a small section on how to merge split file after parsing the IMGT output. Ie, ParseDb-merge workflow (maybe with ParseDb-add -f sample_id bit).
