MakeDb does not handle IgBLAST mangling of sequence descriptions with tab characters

IgBLAST removes everything from the query name following the first tab character, leading to difference between the IgBLAST query name and sequence description string, and therefore an inability to match the records.

Need to account for this somehow. Running CovertHeaders on the file before IgBLAST is a workaround.

So rare and hard to fix that it probably doesn't matter. If ConvertHeaders works, I think we are okay.
