Windows sdist won't install due to junk in SOURCES.txt

Some absolute file paths end up in changeo.egg-info/SOURCES.txt of the sdist after build, and for some reason Python 3.4+ on Windows seems to care about them. Which causes setup.py to fail.

Issue is due to old stuff in SOURCES.txt lingering around. Nuking the egg/build directories seem to solve the issue on future sdists.

Make sure to do this before the next release!
