MakeDb does not work for IgBLAST 1.6.1

IgBLAST 1.6 added a "clonotype report" to the end of the output file that starts with:

Total queries = 500000
Total identifiable CDR3 = 2425
Total unique clonotypes = 1510

#Clonotype summary.

Everything after this section cannot be parsed.

We need to update the parser to handle v1.6 and also test v1.5.

IgBLAST v1.6 support added in f2317cf. Needs lots of testing still.

Tested v1.4.0, v1.5.0 and v1.6.1 and the results were comparable. Still probably needs more testing, but we need a complete test of MakeDb, so I'm closing this.
