Meeting stones

In order to populate the game world with the basics, we should import the meeting stones.

Meeting stones are required to test "Looking for Group" and instance queues.

This is required to populate the game world with the basic elements.

    Fixes #11 - Meeting stones have been added

    Meeting stones for all instances have been added and tested. Positions have been taken from old screenshots, WDB files, and comments on old websites.

    Level requirements for meeting stones have been adjusted to match with the settings defined in LFDungeons.dbc.
