Upgrade recastnavigation

Daniel S. Reichenbach created an issue

Since the introduction of movement maps, the development of recastnavigation has continued.

We should port our tools to the new version, to make use of all improvements.

    This will effectively mean that people will have to ex-extract vmaps and mmaps for this change to take effect.

    [Core/MMAPS] Updated for new recastnavigation.

    The build and function usages have been updated to match the new recastnavigation library version. This fixes #11.

    You will need to re-extract vmaps and re-generate mmaps for these changes to take effect.
