Command line support improvements

All tools should received a generic command line output, and improved support for parameters.

This include all map related tools, build helpers such as git_id, and also the realm and world server.

    [Core/Tools] Command line support improved.

    All tools have received a generic command line input, and their parameters now make more sense.

    In addition, they will now print version information, too.

    This fixes #5.
