Adding support for playing a WAV file based on build outcome. This is specified using the options "woohoo" and "boohoo" in the configuration file. "woohoo" is the path to a file to play upon success and "boohoo" the same thing but for failure. Neither one of the options are mandatory. Currently the implementation is super-simple and therefore only supports 8-bit 11KHz mono. This means exactly that format, not even lower quality will work. defaulttip
