#169 Comparing two past revisions always compares with current instead of other revision

Running version 1.3.1084 on Eclipse 3.4.1.

I open up a file, choose Team->Show History. Ctrl-Click to select two revisions. Right-click to bring up context menu, and select "Compare". The compare window comes up, and the current version on the filesystem is shown on the left, and the older version is shown on the left. The newer version I highlighted is nowhere to be seen.

Compare from file history now intelligently does either 2-way or 3-way file comparison between the revisions selected and their common ancestor, if they are divergent. Fixes issue #169.
