Heads can be Duplicated with Shops

When you make a shop selling and buying the same head you can right click a shop with a head and it will duplicate into your inventory and the block infront of the sign will be able to be mined. I will set up a demo underneat spawn if you would like me to.

We don't have any way of doing that currently. This needs to be addressed at the shop end of things - i imagine there may be other dupe bugs connected to this.

We tested it under spawn and came to the conclusion that this is a problem with canary not taking heed of the cancellation of onBlockPlace by returning true. The skull gets placed in front of the sign where it can be harvested even when i exit onBlockPlace with true.

EDIT: And its no option just removing anything that is in front of a shop sign either. Someone could place a skull in front of one for decoration, that one would be lost.

For the records: If you use a button as a proxy it works as expected and the skull placement is canceled.
