Can't place blocks on signs and buttons

onItemUse/onBlockPlace methods in lionsShopListener should check if they're actually being placed on a shop sign/button with shop sign, not just any sign or button.

Issue has reoccurred since shops were re-enabled. Cannot place any blocks on signs or buttons. The following message is present when attempting to place a block on them:
