LionsShop only usable if permitted to edit in LionsArea

The only area this particularly affects in is Diamond Mall which has two layers of permissions.

Overall diamond mall permission : no player can break it and no players can take damage Each stall has a higher priority area which allows only the person who owns the stall to edit it.

They are only set as the owner of that area for the one stall, not the entire mall. LionsShop is taking the permission that allows them to edit the area and doesn't allow anyone else to use the sign.

This is caused by ClassicLoader not blocking the rest of the plugin chain when a NPE occurs. In other words, this is caused by: https://bitbucket.org/minecraftonline/classicloader/issue/8/npe-in-itemsetdatatag

The "This is protected!"" message still shows but shops work fine.
