Shops are not giving items

When attempting to use a shop, the item is removed from a customers inventory, however, the item that the customer should receive is not being received in the inventory (basically meaning the shop is taking "money" but not giving the item for which it was meant to give). The message given is "You try to buy <quantity> <item> for <quantity> <item>"

The bug was tested with and without space in the inventory for the item.
