#9 new line at the begining of the --batch-file

Hi, when the batch-file start with a new line (no url) you get a error "ERROR: no suitable InfoExtractor:". I know from the doc "The file must contain one URL per line." but it a think it could be changed to have more flexibility at time to made de batch file.
