Option to adjust the referer sent by Serviio Console requests

I have only recently noticed that some websites may require the use of no referer when sending a request or if the referer is already from another website, it may decide to reject the connection.

This happens when we check the livestream url and it states that the livestream does not work, I am unsure as it if it is possible but if there was a way to turn off the referer option in Serviio's request header it could make a difference.
