Simpler Adding folder share

Enhanced new layout to add Folders to Serviio. Similar to Online Sources add function with more eye candy. Main description here - http://forum.serviio.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8050

It follows alot principles of ServiioDroid of adding folders. it makes the users know what their ticking all in one swoop. It also allows users to edit the folder and we have it simple format like Online Sources of Add, Edit and Delete.

By having the icons there, the users are aware what the icons means without reading guides and wikis.

This way:

1. Users can quickly enter manually or select folder quickly. Avoids confusion between "Add local.." and "Add path.." buttons

2. Choose Access group before adding to Serviio

3. Media type can be chosen before adding just like Online Sources, even ive forgot to click Video media after adding folder numerous occasions

4. Clearly laid out Metadata and Refresh options so user knows what to check

5. Simple Add and Edit.
