Add support for Ocean Optics calibrations.

Both downloaded from instrument firmware and stored in the PC. The problems is that I do not know how the raw data has to be processed before applying this type of calibration.

    Some progress done. This is already working but further testing is needed. Seems impossible to fully automate as OO does not seem to use a consistent format for the calibration data. This needs to be properly documented.

    Current development version of 'ooacquire' seems to read reliably recent calibration files from Ocean Optics. Closing as new calibration files usable for testing are very seldom available.
