Project should contain Brainstorming page.

one should be able to add brainstorm notes for project
any brainstorm notes should be tagable
one should be able to create notes for any other note
tag list should be combined from all parents notes
any brainstorm note can be used to create project requirement
brainstorming notes can be created basing on any url link (for example comment note)
