Project can have requirements

• Requirements are flat list of statements
• Any hierarchy should be done using nested projects
• Requirement statement can have Images, hiperlinks
• Requirement can be created based on brainstorming note (in this case note should have link to source note)
• Requirements can be downloaded as separate document (docx or pdf or html)
• One should be able to create task based on requirement statement
