[2.1.0 macOS Ventura] Reinstate ability to export PNG with scale

After upgrading to macOS Ventura and using Gapplin 2.1.0, the Export menu no longer provides an option to provide a scale for PNG output, locking it to 100%.

I tend to use 200% so that I can render a crisper image; while not critical since there are other tools that can do this, losing the ability to do this in Gapplin makes my workflow a bit slower.
