Former user created an issue

Exporting images would instantly crash Gapplin under Mavericks in the latest release (1.2.3).

Also the time takes to open the program is noticeably slower.

System: Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9.5) Hardware: Macbook Pro Retina (mid-2012)
