Unable to configure and use FTP Uploader trial version

Hi,

I just installed the TRIAL version of FTP Uploader plugin. But i cant configure it or use it in deployement project. I tried : restarting bamboo, re-installing, Pausing server.

On clicking on configure button i always get this page with this message

Sorry, you cannot update your plugin license on this screen. Please use the Plugin Manager instead.

I use bamboo version : Bamboo version 5.1.1 build 3902 - 12 Sep 13 i have no other third-party plugins installed

Can you help me, your plugin has great value for me.

Thanks for reporting this. So what is happening right now is you have Atlassian UPM installed on your bamboo server. That is the reason it is showing that you will need to use UPM for updating license details of plugin. Can you please try to open link which is shown in message. That link redirects you to UPM page where you can update license.

If you want I can help you configuring it.

Reading online I thought it was because my Bamboo was using a trial license as well as your FTP add on. So I purchased license for Bamboo and your add-on and I still have nowhere to put in the FTP config settings.

As everyone else, I've rebooted the server even to no avail.

Bamboo version 5.3 build 4101 (09Dec13) UPM (2.8.2)

I've been trying to get this working now for 3 days and need it running ASAP.

Vinay - please try in house on a clean instance using the latest Bamboo build and follow the workflow a user would use to test.

Fixed one part of it which was related to task not visible in list. I have uploaded new version 1.4 of plugin.
@Leeloosh are you able to enter license details? Please let me know

There has been no change after the update: I see the plugin is still not under Task Types. Not visible!!

Build 1.4 now allows for FTP task to be created.

I can now (after the update 1.4) use the plugin in a Build Project - is now on display there. But I can not use the plugin in a deployment project - if I want to add a task, the plugin does not appear. For me, it only makes sense to use the plugin in a deployment project! Is that possible?
