MSBuild Properties are empty not listed and used

With Version 0.6.1 the dialog for MSBuild Properties stays empty (see screenshot) and on event execution this are not resolved. With version 0.6 it works fine.

please more detail how to reproduce, because i can't get this bug with:

• VS2010 Pro 10.0.40219 SP1
• VS2013 Pro 12.0.21005.1

VS2012 on another pc .. check later

with VS2012 Pro 11.0.61030.00 Update 4 also all works -_-

so, problem should be here 5aeebb7 - this part changed after the bug #3 but i can't reproduce your problem :(

how to help for resolve this problem:

• Firstly, versions - (Visual Studio, OS). You may copy from: Help - About Microsoft Visual Studio - Copy Info
• Second, type of project (c++, C#, console, win32, etc.) and how many projects in solution (1,2,3...) where problem occurs
• Stay in touch or register on this tracker for rapid results (all activity with this bug, can send on your email immediately). I mean i can release debug version for test as here #3 or here #4 etc.

I found some problem with _isActiveConfiguration

fixes in a384467

I updated VS2013 (VS2013 Pro 12.0.21005.1 -> Version 12.0.30501.00 Update 2) and still can't reproduce this problem :(

So., i released debug version - 0.6.2.7003.vsix with trivial fix and markers... try it and report me with attached log-events from the Output - Solution Build-Events if problem not resolved

this problem has resolved with commit 34abfee73f1f

Also disabled the flag optimisation of reload projects because we need a more test with the bug #508628 on the different VS. Somewhere works somewhere not -_-
