clarify sentence for EB slot and ch.offset

  1. I don't understand this sentence : "The active slot MAY be scheduled at the slotOffset 0x00 and channelOffset 0x00..." Does this mean it can really be scheduled anywhere and the nodes will find it since it is advertised in the EB?

    What about this The active slot MAY be scheduled at any slotOffset (default 0x00) and any channelOffset (default 0x00) within the slotframe and this location MUST be announced in the EBs.
