Section 5 remove EB_PERIOD

20. In section 5, is "EB_PERIOD" the same value as defined in the table in section 10.2.4 that defines "RPL-related variables"? If so, I don't understand why "EB_PERIOD" is in that table, as it only appears once in the rest of the document in section 5.
