Full screen button has too large a gap from other buttons

Scott Lovegrove created an issue

The gap between the minimise/restore/close buttons is too great, it makes the button look like it's just been randomly placed.

    Not possible to fix in current sdk. The reserved space to the right of the system buttons is that big.
