Theme Colours - Subdued

Hi 7 A theme question and feedback. There has always been a color variation between my laptop and big screen. The TV always brighter or more intense. No one else seemed to mention it, so I have kept it on the back burner. With the theme tests it has been re-enforced. (Kinda like the maroon, BTW :) It is difficult to capture because a screenshot is rendered on a device and it looks the same. I took pictures and it is a little more apparent see below. This seems to be a known thing see this link. Lot's of good stuff there if you haven't seen it. One suggestion may be an option, to tone down the color palette by some amount, for any of the theme choices.
