App crashes when checking for sync jobs in an offline mode.

How to reproduce:

  1. Have jobs already synced on th target device
  2. Turn on airplane mode
  3. Open the Emby-UWP
  4. Select the offline option in server picker
  5. Select user
  6. Open settings
  7. Open Sync
  8. The app CTD

Emby UWP 4.0.111.0 running on Windows 10 x64 AU
