It takes too long to start playback (on some devices)

I can't really figure this one - on my table (Core M, 4 GB of RAM power, Ember 4.0.128) after recent update it takes at least 15 seconds to start playback (even with direct streaming). Even starting playback of offline files in airplane mode takes 5 seconds. Ember and the offline files are kept on a SSD.

But Emby Theater works fine, all network tests are passed (latency, bandwidth, signal strength). Ember also works fine on my desktop and phone.

I can tell that this issue came around Ember rebranding.

Failed windows upgrade and then system reinstall fixed this.
