Progress bar stops working when skipping in music

When playing music if you click on the progress bar to skip forward in the current track the progress bar stops working altogether and the song keeps playing where it was at (doesn't skip forward). The time stops and the circle no longer moves. Won't even restart once the next song starts. Start playing music Click anywhere to the right of the green progress line / circle. Progress bar seems to work when playing video. Though it is very slow and always starts transcoding the video when skipping forward even if it didn't transcode before
