Playback Status resume time etc.

This is weird I know but I tracked down my issue with playstate and resume timing to the two back arrows acting differently depending on windowed vs full screen. When full screen the back arrow on the "header" (?) doesn't capture playstate or resume point. If I use the one on the app bar. It works as expected.

It seems to be the reverse in a windowed state. The one on the header works, the app bar no.

Hopefully this will help you track down or be able to reproduce. Wish I could explain better.

see attached screen shots. 32 is what I am calling the app bar. 33 the one on the header. Is that correct.
