Simplified Crash Reporting option.

Hi 7 I know this may not sound like a big deal. But users can be overly sensitive to reporting information without their knowledge. To mitigate that and prepare for other things to collect or opt in (I am thinking Cortana, LUIS, face recog etc :)

A real basic Advanced screen with a check box for crash reporting defaulted to true, would be sufficient to start.

All my grandiose opt it screens can be saved for latter or never.
