Possibility to set max-age for routes

At the moment each request has max-age=0. it would be great, to define the browser cache via an annotation or a custom setter .

Great idea! You can add global headers for all requests via typoscript (https://docs.typo3.org/p/nng/nnrestapi/main/en-us/Responses/Responses/30_Headers.html) but not yet on a per-method base.
We‘ll put it on the to-dos.
