Alastair McBain repo owner created an issue 2017-10-27

Currently only the default printer is used, but for those who happen to have connected a laser cutter to their computer instead of getting a computer for their laser cutter it would be nice to be able to select it so they don't send it to their laserjet instead.

Switches to a printer dialog that lets you choose but doesn't preallocate two necessary structures so Windows creates them for us and we have no way to deallocate/delete them. Addresses issue #5
