Create PW:AA Payne Sprites

Currently, Payne's sprites from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney are part of his Trials and Tribulations spriteset. Since he should have a separate icon for both, it would be less confusing if an additional set was create for his sprites from the first game.

For retrocompatibility, his sprites from the first game would remain in his T&T set, so this change may not be worthwhile.
