Add Arrays to Expression Engine

It is proposed that the expression engine support arrays that, at minimum, can be called. Append, pop, and membership testing would also be useful. A possible use case is simplifying the code necessary to create an Endless Nine style maze.

Blocked by Issue #101, the engine rewrite.
