Add Courtroom Minisprite to Editors

It is proposed that the "courtroom minisprites" be added to the editor.

This would likely be done by the object mechanism - change the court benches to a foreground object and add in each individual character as a hidden-by-default background object. Presumably, sprites with multiple people on them would be resolved into individual sprites. In the case of assistants, which only appear behind another character, this may require an AAO spriter to make the full graphics.

This would be perfect for newbies (like me ) If this was in the editor, it would make things much easier. Of course, it would be even better if you could mirror those sprites too!
