v4 Talk Options Convert Improperly

Enthalpy created an issue

If a v4 trial has an investigation scene, the game will fail to load in v6 due to the DiscussionEnquete action not converting. For example, this case is not loadable.

This effects occurs even if the "v4 will not convert" bug has been fixed on the relevant server.
