Preset Doesn't Reflect Edits

Setting a preset will set the frame from when the row was populated as the preset, rather than frame as it exists in the present. The culprit is that on line 329 of editor_frame_rows.js, the preset is generated from frame_data, which was defined by line 300 when the frame was populated.
