Disappearing Characters

Whenever I go through my game, I notice that all of the characters (after a certain point in the game) disappear entirely. I've tried to play it on a different device, but they still won't show up.

#165.On frame 30, you use a fade out scroll. There are two problems with this:

Okay, first of all, I use Google. I don't know if that is the problem though. Second of all, I mean the characters completely disappear until the very end of what I have of the storyboard. Third of all, the ID is 97075 and I first saw the problem as soon as it hit frame 46. Finally, the problem started occurring sometime after I first got a profile on the website which was either in May or June.
I don't know if it's just my inexperience or lack of understanding, but I am unsure of how to solve the issue at hand and any advice would be fantastic. I received word from Enthalapy and he or she said that it could just be a known glitch that will be fixed in the next update. Because of this, I will probably just be waiting until the next update to see if that's the case.

The problem you have is different from the bug you are reporting. The bug is fixed on our developmental version and will be fixed on the live AAO in the next version. Your problem has nothing to do with the bug because the bug is triggered by fadeout scrolls where your problem is that you want fades. Fadeout scrolls and fades are very different things.
You can stop the bug from affecting your case by removing the call for a fadeout scroll, and you can solve your problem about fades by using the links I gave above.

Thanks for reporting! You're going to need a lot more information than that. What devices and browsers have you tried it on? What do you mean disappear entirely, that their sprites never show up on screen? Enthalpy, as a moderator, can play your case to verify this, so can you provide a trial ID (the 5 or 6-digit number in the url) and a frame number where this problem starts? When did this issue start happening?
