Bottom-Pad the Court Record

When hovering over a bottom-row profile or evidence and the metadata extends, more space is created in the court-record to accommodate the metadata. When the player no longer hovers over the court record item, the extra space is lost, which is a jarring effect and can cause unexpected mouse movement.
It is proposed that a "reasonable" amount of padding be added to the end of the Court Record so less additional space is needed.
Very much agree with this.
Padding should be... Text height + 10px, probably?
